Please note our updated delivery information regarding Gift Vouchers: Your gift voucher(s) will be delivered either by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (£2.50) or by Standard Royal Mail 1st Class Post (£1). Choose your preferred delivery option at checkout. A signature may be required if you choose Signed for Delivery. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class Signed For post the next working day, including Saturdays, however, please allow up to 3 working days before contacting us if you haven’t received your vouchers and up to 5 working days if you live in more remote areas. Orders placed after 2pm are posted the next working day. Gift Vouchers up to a value of £50 are fully insured by Royal Mail when you choose a signed for delivery service. Postage insurance can be arranged if ordering a higher value. Please contact us for more information. Click and collect available from The Velveteen Rabbit Luncheon Club. Same day collection available during standard opening hours. We cannot be held responsible for missing vouchers where you chose a Standard Delivery option.
